How to Order a Continuing Education Transcript

A transcript request processed at any Continuing Education campus will include all coursework taken in Continuing Education; you do not need to request transcripts from each campus you attended. No information can be released until we have a signed request or a release from the student.

The first two transcripts are free, after that each transcript costs $5.00. Checks or money orders should be made out to: San Diego Community College District; do not send cash. Transcripts can be ordered in person, by U.S. Mail or by fax. Transcripts may not be ordered by email. Allow up to 10 working days for processing.

In Person: go to the campus Student Services/Counseling Office, complete a Transcript Request form; provide payment if necessary.

By Mail or Fax: Write a letter including your name and any names you may have attended under; your current address and daytime phone number; date of birth, social security number; approximate dates of attendance; what type of records/classes (GED, high school, vocational, etc.) you are requesting; special programs (military, etc.); what campus you attended and any other information to assist us in locating your records, especially if the classes you took are prior to Fall, 1982; sign and date the request.

Mail or fax your request to the campus that you attended. If you are unsure where your records are or if there is any other problem you can send your request to:
