Charlene Schade

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and dance field, Charlene Schade, leads 10 non-credit Older Adult Fitness classes a week for Continuing Education. She has taught movement and health education to children and adults of all ages. She is the director/founder of the Prime time Steppers, a senior dance performance group in San Diego. To stay current in her field, she has taken extensive course work at Cal State Fullerton in Balance and Mobility Training.

Charlene is a living representation of her philosophy. Her motto: “Be more Alive, Exercise”, demonstrates her belief that every human being – from the very young to the senior citizen – should strive for better fitness and health as a way of life.
