Magdalena Kwiatkowski

English as a Second Language


Magdalena Kwiatkowski has 20 years experience in the field of adult level English as a Second Language. She is the SDCE WIOA Coordinator and the Assistant Program Chair for the SDCE ESL Program at North City Campus/Miramar. She holds a Ph.D. in Second Language Education from State University of New York at Buffalo and has done postdoctoral research on neurological bases of typical and atypical language acquisition at San Diego State University. She is a member of the CATESOL Board, currently serving as the CATESOL Chapter Council Chair and San Diego Regional Conference Liaison.
