Background:
This NO FEE certificate program is designed to prepare you for entry level employment possibilities such as: Web Server Administrator, UNIX Administrator, System Administrator, Webmaster, Web Developer, Web Administrator and SQL Database Programmer. In earning the certificate you will be exposed to a broad range of web server skills.

- Web Server Compilation and Basic Configuration
- TCP/IP and DNS as related to the Internet
- Introduction to the UNIX Operating System
- Server Side Programming
- Basic Web Server Security
- Web Databases
- Web Marketing
- Job Search Instruction
Recommended Pre-Admission Skills:
- Have reasonable keyboarding skills.
- Be familiar with the basics of the Internet.
- Understand the basics of either the Windows or Macintosh Operating System (i.e. the concept of "folders" for document storage, use of the mouse, etc.).
- Knowledge and/or previous use of a command-level operating system such as MS-DOS.
- Previous experience building web pages with HTML.
- Use of an FTP program to transfer files from a client to a server.
