Beginning Tennis

This course is designed to give students the basic knowledge and practice to be able to understand and play tennis at a beginners level. They will learn the basic grips and strokes of the game.

Fundamental skills and strategies for playing singles and doubles. Entry level is dependent on playing ability and/or experience. First come-first served. Limited enrollment. Bring racquet and new can of balls to first class.

These classes provide a path to the joys of yoga: enhanced physical, mental and emotional well being as well as flexibility, strength and balance. Learn how stress reduction, relation techniques, and gentle exercise and nutrition can contribute to your overall well-being. Bring yoga mat, and optional blocks and strap.
