Class Description

Students will be introduced to glass cutting and kiln firing techniques and procedures that will produce a variety of slumped and fused glass projects (plates, bowls, candy dishes, candle holders, jewelry and an array of art pieces).

Molds and a kiln will be provided during class. Glass cutting tools and compatible glass must be purchased by the student outside of class (approx. $40). Finished projects can be used in other mediums (mosaics, stained glass, etc.). Materials fee is $20.
