Class Description

Beginning through advanced jewelry making skills include design, fabrication, soldering, casting and stone setting methods. Technique oriented instruction so you can create your own designs. Must provide own materials and hand tools.

Weekly classes focus on one of the following: soldering, texturing, chainmaking, stonesetting, and finishing techniques. Materials fee-$10. List of required materials can be found at www.sdce.edu/classes/community-ed/jewelry-making.

All Jewelry Fabrication classes fill quickly. Visit the front desk to receive a pre-registration number on the first day the class meets to increase your chances of getting a space. Campus opens at 7:30 am.
