Community Education Fall 2009 Schedule Brochure
The Mission of the Community Education Program is to provide diverse, affordable personal and professional enrichment workshops to the San Diego community including courses in arts and crafts, baby boomer topics, business and career development, dance, firearm safety, fitness and exercise, foreign languages, jewelry making, living green (coming soon), music, personal development, personal finance, travel and excursions (coming soon), and more.
Community Education classes are offered for a fee, based on the number of hours the class meets.
Fees are $4.25 per hour of instruction, as set by the SDCCD Board of Trustees. Fees are due and payable the first hour of the first class. Community Education classes range in length from one day workshops to full semester courses. Check this website frequently for new course announcements.
Fifteen (15) fees must be collected for the class to be held. There are no refunds of fees once the class has officially begun.
Have you ever thought about sharing your knowledge by teaching a Community Education class? Do you have an idea for a personal or professional enrichment class or workshop? Are you an expert in arts and crafts, business and careers, dance, fitness and health, foreign languages, living green, music, personal development or other areas that our community wants to learn about?
